The Ubiquiti EdgeRouter 12 Port brings advanced routing features, usually found on much more expensive equipment, to a more accessible price point. Running EdgeOS, it supports detailed firewall rules, VLANs, VPN tunnels and quality of service controls, giving network administrators fine control over how traffic moves through the network. Multiple Gigabit ports allow it to segment a network into separate zones, such as guest, staff and server networks, without needing extra hardware. Its routing engine is built for higher throughput than typical consumer routers, making it suitable for growing offices, internet service providers and networks with more demanding routing needs. Antofity Concepts supplies and configures the EdgeRouter 12 Port for businesses in Kenya that have outgrown a basic home style router but do not yet need full enterprise grade equipment.
